The KWB EASY CUT carbide cutting disc is a universal cutting wheel with a carbide-gritted rim designed for stable performance across a range of materials. Available in diameters of 115 mm, 125 mm or 150 mm, the disc includes rust protection and a central bore suitable for common angle grinders, enabling maximum rotary speeds up to 13,000 rpm.

How to use

Mount the KWB EASY CUT disc on an angle grinder with a matching 22.23 mm arbor hole and ensure the grinder is switched off while fitting. Verify that the disc diameter and maximum rpm rating match the grinder’s specifications. When cutting, secure the workpiece, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (eye, ear and hand protection) and operate the grinder at moderate feed pressure to avoid overload. Allow the disc to complete its rotation before setting the tool down.

Recommendations

Use the disc for straight, controlled cuts and avoid lateral pressure or twisting motions. Replace the disc if cracks, excessive wear or imbalance appear, and do not exceed the specified maximum rotational speed.
