How to use

Connect the removable power cord to a mains socket and switch the tray on to allow the stainless steel plate to heat for about 8 minutes. After the plate has reached temperature you can unplug the cord and place the tray where needed; it will remain warm for up to 60 minutes. To reheat, reconnect the power cord and allow the plate to warm again. Use the drip tray to collect any fat or liquids and wipe the surface with a damp cloth after the unit has cooled.
