How to use

Place the induction plate on a flat, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a suitable mains socket (220–240 V). Use the rotary and touch controls to select power, temperature or set the timer via the LED display. Put an induction-compatible pan on the cooking zone to start heating; the plate will switch off automatically if the pan is removed. After cooking, switch the unit off and allow the safety glass surface to cool before cleaning.

Recommendations

Use induction-compatible cookware with a flat magnetic base for best performance. Avoid sliding heavy pans across the glass surface and do not cover vents or operate the plate in confined spaces without ventilation.
