Cooling System Part Alphacool 17231

The Alphacool 17231 is a chrome cooling system part engineered for efficient heat dissipation in computer cooling assemblies. With compact dimensions and lightweight construction, this component integrates into existing cooling loops or assemblies to support stable operating temperatures for processors, GPUs or other heat-producing components. The chrome finish provides corrosion resistance and a clean visual appearance while maintaining effective thermal contact in the cooling circuit.

Advantages

This cooling system part offers a compact footprint with a width of 34.5 mm and a depth of 20 mm, allowing installation in tight spaces. Its weight of approximately 100 g makes it easy to handle and mount without adding significant load to the cooling structure. The chrome surface improves durability and simplifies cleaning compared with untreated metal surfaces. Designed for compatibility with standard liquid-cooling setups, the component contributes to stable heat transfer and reliable long-term operation.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid-cooling loops
• Replacement or upgrade of existing cooling components
• Compact or small-form-factor builds requiring space-efficient parts
• Systems where corrosion-resistant finishes are preferred

How to use

Install the Alphacool 17231 into your cooling loop according to your system layout and standard fitting procedures. Ensure all mating surfaces and connection points are clean and free of debris prior to assembly. Use the appropriate fittings and sealants compatible with chrome surfaces and your loop's tubing type. After installation, perform a pressure or leak test and run the pump to circulate coolant while monitoring temperatures and fluid flow to confirm correct operation.

Recommendations

Use compatible coolant and avoid aggressive additives that may affect chrome finishes. Periodically inspect connections and the component surface for signs of wear or deposits, and flush the loop according to the coolant manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
