How to use

Secure the tube in the sawing clamp so it cannot move and place the protective ridge against the work surface. Use the fine-toothed hacksaw to cut the PMMA tubing with steady strokes; then remove burs and rough edges with the deburring tool. Insert the silicone rod into the tube before heating to keep the tube round and prevent kinking. Position the tube over the adjustable bending mandrel and heat the area to be bent according to the tube manufacturer's recommendations; use the mandrel notches to set the required angle (45°, 90° or 180°) and form the bend evenly.
