Computer cooling system part BitsPower BP-WTP-C39 — brass, nickel/silver finish

BitsPower BP-WTP-C39 is a brass replacement part with a nickel/silver finish for PC liquid cooling systems. Intended for custom water-cooling loops, this component combines a high-flow geometry with durable brass construction and a plated surface that resists corrosion while maintaining a metallic appearance. The part is designed for 90° installations with a G1/4" threaded connection and incorporates an O-ring hidden design to ensure a secure, leak-resistant fit in fittings and connector assemblies.

Advantages

The brass construction offers mechanical strength and long-term resistance to wear and corrosion, while the nickel/silver finishing provides additional surface protection and a consistent visual appearance. A hi-flow internal profile helps maintain coolant throughput, and the concealed O-ring design improves sealing reliability and aesthetic integration into a build. The 90° orientation simplifies routing in confined spaces and is compatible with G1/4" standard threaded interfaces commonly used in PC water loops.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loops requiring 90° connectors
• Replacement of worn or damaged brass fittings in liquid cooling systems
• Situations where a plated metallic finish is desired for corrosion resistance and appearance
• Tight or compact builds where angled fittings improve tubing routing

Key specifications

• Material: brass base construction
• Surface finish: nickel/silver plated
• Design: 90° angled component
• Thread standard: G1/4" compatible threaded connection
• Sealing: hidden O-ring sealing design
• Flow characteristic: hi-flow internal profile
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Install the part into a compatible G1/4" threaded port as part of the cooling loop, ensuring the O-ring seats correctly to form a watertight seal. Hand-start the thread to avoid cross-threading, then tighten to the required torque recommended by the fitting or cooling system manufacturer. Orient the 90° angle as needed for tubing routing and verify there is no undue stress on tubing or other connectors. After installation, pressure-test the loop according to standard procedures before powering the system.

Recommendations

Use with compatible brass or plated fittings and standard G1/4" threaded components. Avoid overtightening and follow system pressure-test protocols. For long-term preservation of finish and sealing performance, inspect fittings periodically and replace O-rings if signs of wear or deformation appear.
