Computer Case Streacom DA6 XL Mini-ITX Case - Chrome

The Streacom DA6 XL Mini-ITX Case in chrome is a compact chassis tailored for Mini-ITX motherboards. Its chrome finish and minimalist exterior provide a refined appearance while the internal layout focuses on efficient airflow and flexible component placement. The case supports multiple cooling configurations and offers a roomy interior relative to its Mini-ITX footprint, making installation and cable routing straightforward for small-form-factor builds.

Advantages

The chrome Streacom DA6 XL combines a small footprint with expanded internal space, enabling larger cooling solutions and easier assembly compared to typical Mini-ITX enclosures. Its thermal-oriented design supports both passive and active cooling approaches, while the polished exterior delivers a consistent aesthetic for modern desktop environments. The case construction emphasizes stability and compatibility with standard Mini-ITX components, allowing users to assemble a compact system without sacrificing performance potential.

Suitable for

• Compact home or office desktops where space is limited
• Mini-ITX gaming systems with discrete graphics cards (within supported dimensions)
• HTPC setups requiring a stylish, low-profile enclosure
• Silent or low-noise builds using passive or low-RPM cooling

Key specifications

• Form factor compatibility: Mini-ITX motherboards
• Finish: chrome exterior
• Internal volume optimized for compact components and flexible cooling
• Support for multiple cooling options, including fan and passive configurations
• Room for standard-length graphics cards within the case’s internal dimensions
• Cable routing space and accessible mounting points for drives and cooling hardware

How to use

Install a Mini-ITX motherboard and secure it to the provided standoffs, then mount the power supply and storage devices according to the internal layout. Route power and data cables through the designated openings to maintain airflow. Choose a cooling configuration that matches your component heat output: use low-RPM fans or passive heatsinks for quiet operation, or add active cooling fans where higher thermal dissipation is required. Ensure GPU and cooler dimensions are compatible with the case internal clearances before final assembly.

Recommendations

To maintain optimal thermal performance in the Streacom DA6 XL Mini-ITX Case, verify component dimensions against the case clearances and plan cable management to avoid obstructing airflow paths. For quiet systems, prioritize low-profile or passive cooling solutions and select drives with lower power/heat characteristics.
