Combination Wrench Gedore 2297256

The Gedore 2297256 combination wrench features ring and open ends of the same size with the ring offset 13° from the shaft. It has a UD profile, a hollow ergonomic shaft and warp-resistant geometry with a double T-girder effect. The working angle is 7° for sizes 8–15 mm and 6° for sizes 16–24 mm. Made from Gedore vanadium steel 31CrV3 with matt chrome finish, the wrench is hot-forged and the jaw is ground precisely to spanner size. A locking insert and pawl are manganese-phosphated.

How to use

Select the correctly sized combination wrench for the fastener. Place the open end or the ring end over the nut or bolt and apply steady force, using the ratchet function for loosening or quick tightening as required. For ratchet operation change the lever as intended. If converting to a bit ratchet, attach adaptor 7 RA or 7 RB (sold separately) before use. Ensure the jaw seats fully on the fastener to avoid rounding.

Recommendations

Inspect the wrench and fastener before use; do not exceed intended torque limits for hand tools. Store the tool dry to maintain the matt chrome finish and manganese-phosphated components. Replace the adaptor or tool if any deformation or excessive wear is observed.
