It is hot-forged from Gedore vanadium steel (31CrV3) and matt chrome-plated for a non-glare finish. The jaw is accurately ground to spanner size and the tool features a locking insert and pawl treated with manganese phosphate. Designed for high torque transfer and comfortable handling, the wrench incorporates a warp-resistant geometry with a double T-girder effect and a ratchet mechanism that allows ratchet loosening and fast tightening.
