Miniature circuit breaker HiSmart NV821426 is a single-pole (1P) protective device rated at 16 A and Class C tripping characteristic. How to use

Mount the HiSmart NV821426 on a standard 35 mm DIN rail using the fast clip device. Connect supply and load conductors to the top and bottom terminals respectively, observing correct polarity and using appropriate conductor cross-sections up to 25 mm² (or 18-3 AWG for busbar). After installation, switch the breaker to the ON position; if it trips due to overload or short circuit, identify and clear the fault, then manually reset the breaker to restore power. Operate within the ambient temperature range of -5 °C to +40 °C (daily average < 35 °C).

Recommendations

Use the device only in accordance with IEC/EN 60898-1 requirements. Verify conductor sizes and tighten terminals to manufacturer-recommended torque values. Do not exceed the rated current or breaking capacity, and ensure regular inspection in environments with dust or corrosive conditions.
