Click torque wrench HAZET 5122-3CT

The HAZET 5122-3CT is a mechanical click torque wrench with a reversible ratchet and a 1/2" (12.5 mm) square drive. With a total length of 519 mm and a durable construction made in Germany, it is designed for rough workshop use and a wide range of controlled screw-tightening tasks across tyre service, bicycle, passenger car and commercial vehicle applications, as well as general trade and industry applications. Advantages

How to use

Set the desired torque using the handle adjustment with detent points for clear operator guidance, then lock the setting via the latching function on the rotary assembly. Use the integrated shift lever to select the ratchet direction; on models with free-running function this reduces the risk of injury and malfunction. Apply the wrench to the fastener using the 1/2" square drive and turn until a palpable and audible click indicates the set torque has been reached. After use, store the tool in its Hexa plastic box and keep the calibration certificate for traceability.

Recommendations

For long-term accuracy, avoid turning the torque setting back and forth unnecessarily; the 5000 and 6000 series tests indicate that returning to the smallest scale value is not required. Periodically check calibration per DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 and replace worn sealing rings or repair parts using the supplied ratchet repair set to maintain performance.
