How to use

Place the fountain on a flat, heat-resistant surface and adjust the feet until the unit is level. Assemble the stainless-steel tower and collecting bowl, then add melted chocolate into the bowl according to the manufacturer’s melting instructions. Switch on the heater to keep the chocolate warm and then start the motor so the auger pumps chocolate to the top and it flows down the tower in continuous cascades. Monitor chocolate level and temperature during service and switch off motor and heater after use. Allow parts to cool before disassembly and cleaning.
