Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The CHERRY KW 9200 MINI is a rechargeable, multi-device compact keyboard that combines 2.4 GHz RF, Bluetooth 5.0 and wired USB-C connectivity in a slim, space-saving format. It pairs the precise CHERRY SX scissor key mechanism with a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, making it a flexible companion for desktop, notebook and tablet work both at home and on the move.

Advantages

With four transmission channels (two Bluetooth Low Energy, one 2.4 GHz wireless and one wired), you can connect up to three devices and switch between them instantly, or fall back to the supplied USB-A to USB-C cable for charging and a stable wired link. The low-profile CHERRY SX scissor keys deliver a quiet, accurate keystroke, while AES-128 encryption protects input in both Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz modes. Status LEDs integrated directly into the CAPS LOCK, NUM and FN keys show battery and charging status at a glance.

Suitable for

  • Compact desk setups and home offices where space is limited
  • Mobile professionals who work across a notebook, tablet and smartphone
  • Users who want a rechargeable keyboard without disposable batteries
  • Multi-device workflows that benefit from quick switching between connections

How to use

Charge the keyboard with the included USB-A to USB-C cable, then choose your connection: insert the 2.4 GHz nano receiver into a free USB port for plug-and-play wireless use, pair via Bluetooth to a computer, tablet or smartphone, or keep the cable connected for a wired link. Use the device channel keys to switch between paired devices, and watch the LEDs in the CAPS LOCK, NUM and FN keys for battery and charging status.

Recommendations

Recharge the keyboard before the battery is fully depleted to keep it ready for daily use, and use 2.4 GHz mode when you need a stable, low-latency connection on a single PC. Keep the keyboard clean with a soft, dry cloth and store it in a dry, moderate-temperature environment to protect the scissor switches and battery.
