Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The CHERRY DW 9100 SLIM is a rechargeable designer desktop set consisting of a slim wireless keyboard with QWERTY UK English layout and a matching wireless mouse. It supports dual connectivity via the supplied 2.4 GHz USB receiver or Bluetooth® 4.2, with AES-128 encrypted data transfer and an operational range of up to 10 metres. Both keyboard and mouse use rechargeable lithium batteries and can be charged via the included USB-C cable. The keyboard has an integrated metal plate for stability and a removable magnetic strip to adjust typing angle. Status LEDs are integrated into keys for CAPS LOCK, SCROLL and NUM, and six additional function keys include Windows lock, open browser, quieter, louder, mute and open calculator.

Advantages

The set provides flexible dual-mode connection (RF wireless and Bluetooth®) allowing simultaneous pairing with two devices and easy switching. Rechargeable batteries deliver weeks of operation and can be recharged while in use; both devices can be switched off completely to preserve charge during transport. A low-profile keyboard with scissor mechanisms and short key travel offers a quiet, comfortable typing experience, while the integrated metal plate ensures rigidity. The compact, rubber-sided mouse features three-step DPI (1000/1600/2400), two-colour status LED, durable scroll wheel with optical scanning and a magnetic storage slot for the USB receiver.

Suitable for

  • Home office and corporate office use
  • Mobile working with laptops, tablets or smart TVs via Bluetooth®
  • Multimedia applications (up to 10 m range)
  • Users who prefer a low-profile keyboard with adjustable tilt

Key specifications

  • Device interface: RF Wireless (2.4 GHz) + Bluetooth® 4.2
  • Keyboard layout: QWERTY, UK English
  • Incl. mouse: Yes, matching design
  • Encryption: AES-128
  • Charging: Rechargeable lithium batteries, USB-C cable included
  • DPI (mouse): 1000 / 1600 / 2400 dpi
  • Range: Up to 10 metres
  • Colour: Silver

How to use

Connect the set by inserting the supplied 2.4 GHz USB receiver into your computer or by pairing via Bluetooth® 4.2. Use the switch on the keyboard or mouse to change the connection mode. Charge both devices using the included USB-C cable; the status LEDs indicate battery and charging status. Adjust the keyboard tilt by removing or attaching the magnetic strip. Change mouse resolution by pressing the DPI button to cycle through 1000, 1600 and 2400 dpi settings. Use the dedicated shortcut keys for Windows lock, browser, volume and calculator functions.

Recommendations

For prolonged battery life, switch both keyboard and mouse off when not in use. Keep the USB receiver in the mouse’s magnetic storage slot when transporting the set. Use the Bluetooth connection for devices that support it and the 2.4 GHz receiver for a plug-and-play connection on desktops without Bluetooth.
