Einhell Replacement Chainsaw Bar for FORTEXXA 18/20 TH – 20 cm, 1.1 mm, Black (4500194)

The Einhell 4500194 20 cm chainsaw bar is an OEM replacement guide bar made for compatible Einhell chainsaws. With a 20 cm cutting length and a compact weight of approximately 360 g, the bar is intended for light to medium cutting jobs around the garden and property. Finished in black, it offers a straightforward, low-profile design that fits standard guide-sprocket arrangements used on many compact Einhell models.

Advantages

This chainsaw bar provides a precise and stable guide for the cutting chain, helping to maintain consistent chain alignment during operation. Its compact 20 cm length improves manoeuvrability in tight spaces and reduces kickback risk compared with longer bars. The relatively low weight contributes to easier handling and less fatigue during repetitive tasks. Being designed for compatibility with Einhell chainsaws, it simplifies replacement and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Pruning small branches and shrubs
• Cutting firewood and kindling from small logs
• Working in confined or overhead spaces where a short bar is beneficial
• Replacement part during routine chainsaw maintenance

Key specifications

• Bar length: 20 cm cutting capacity
• Weight: around 360 g
• Color: black finish
• Compatibility: designed to fit a range of compact Einhell chainsaw models (ensure model fit before purchase)
• Suitable for use with standard guide sprocket chains designed for 20 cm bars

How to use

Ensure the saw is switched off and the battery or mains power is disconnected before installing the bar. Remove the chain cover and existing bar according to the chainsaw manufacturer’s instructions, position the replacement bar on the bar studs and fit the chain around the sprocket and bar groove. Adjust chain tension following the saw’s maintenance instructions so the chain moves freely but sits firmly in the bar groove. After installation, perform a short test cut on appropriate material to confirm correct tension and alignment.

Recommendations

Use only chains that match the pitch and gauge specified for a 20 cm bar and for your specific chainsaw model. Regularly clean the bar groove, check for wear at the nose and rails, and rotate or replace the bar when excessive wear or deformation appears. Follow manufacturer guidance for chain lubrication, tension checks, and safe cutting practices to extend the service life of the bar and maintain safe operation.
