How to use

Open the folder and insert documents along the inner spine or into the main pocket so that sheets lie flat. Use the outer surface to write a short title or apply a label for quick identification. Store the folder upright on a shelf or inside a drawer to keep contents flat and protected. For transport, place the folder inside a messenger bag or briefcase to avoid bending.

Recommendations

For longer-term archiving, combine the folder with plastic sleeves to protect individual sheets from moisture and wear. Avoid overfilling beyond the folder's capacity to maintain document protection and the folder's shape.
