Cable Sleeve DeLOCK 19193 Black

The DeLOCK 19193 cable sleeve is a woven polyester sleeve designed to bundle and protect exposed cables, electrical tubes and wires. Made from special continuous multifilament fibres, it provides increased flame resistance and abrasion resistance and is suitable for operating temperatures from -50 to 150 °C. The sleeve has a diameter of 2 cm and a length of 10000 mm, and its black colour helps keep cable runs neat and discrete.

Advantages

The woven construction with multifilament fibres improves durability, abrasion resistance and flame retardance compared with standard sleeving. A hook-and-loop fastener along the sleeve allows repeated opening and closing so cables can be added or removed without reinstalling the entire sleeve. The material is cuttable with a hot cutting tool to shorten the sleeve to the required length and to seal the cut edge.

How to use

Open the hook-and-loop fastener, position the sleeve around the cable bundle and close the fastener to secure the sleeve. To add or remove individual cables, reopen the fastener, make the change and close it again. If a shorter length is required, cut the sleeve to size using a hot cutting tool to simultaneously trim and seal the edge to prevent fraying.

For best results, measure the required length and diameter before installation, ensure the cables are clean and dry, and use a recommended hot cutting tool designed for synthetic fibres to cut and seal the sleeve edge safely. Avoid direct contact with open flames and high-energy heat sources beyond the specified operating temperature.
