Cable Crimper DeLOCK 90511

The DeLOCK 90511 cable crimper is a multifunctional network tool designed to crimp, strip and cut modular plugs and network cables. Compact and easy to handle, it combines three integrated stripping blades, a locking mechanism and an integrated cable tester with LED indication. The handles are rubberized for a secure grip and the battery compartment for the tester is built into the handles; batteries are not included.

This all-in-one plier supports 8P (RJ45), 6P (RJ12/11) and 4P (RJ10) connectors, allows crimping of modular male connectors with offset latch (DEC) and includes three blades for reliable stripping and strand cutting. The integrated cable tester checks wiring immediately after crimping and the LED run shows pin assignment per connector type. A five-step locking mechanism prevents accidental opening or closing and a screw on the handle permits manual release.

How to use

Place the cable into the appropriate slot for the connector type, use the integrated blades to strip the outer jacket and cut the strands to the required length, insert the wires into the modular plug and close the plier to crimp the connector. After crimping, insert the connector into the corresponding female socket on the integrated tester and activate the tester to verify correct wiring. Open the locking mechanism or use the handle screw to release the pliers when necessary. Install 3 × LR44 batteries into the compartment in the handles before using the tester.

Recommendations

Use suitable safety glasses during stripping and cutting. Replace LR44 batteries in pairs and store the tool in a dry place. Do not force oversized cables into the slots; use cable types and connector sizes listed in the key specifications.
