Accuracy without calibration

At the heart of the device is a patented precision grinding thickness adjustment system, which offers up to 28 levels with infinite micro-adjustment. An intuitive dial allows you to instantly adjust the grind thickness for a specific method - espresso, mocha, AeroPress, pour-over, cold brew or siphon - without the need for manual resets or complicated settings. Each brewing method has its own recommended range of settings, making achieving optimal flavor and extraction extremely simple, even for less experienced users.

The OutIn Fino is equipped with a 38-millimeter conical filament made of 420-grade stainless steel, with a hardness of HRC 56-60. How to use

Turn the setting dial to select the desired grind size; consult the grind setting chart for guidance. Rotate and lift the collapsible bean hopper to fill with pre-weighed beans (right to fill, left to open). Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds or double-click the button to start grinding. After grinding, screw on the ground coffee cup lid or use the dosing funnel to transfer grounds directly into an OutIn Nano for dosing. Follow airline rules when transporting the device; carry it in hand luggage only and do not use in flight.

Recommendations

For optimal extraction with OutIn Nano or Mino, set the grind size to 2-1 or higher. Actual grinding time can vary with temperature, humidity, roast level and bean type. Ensure the hopper is locked before operating and charge the battery fully for best performance.
