The BY-WM8 Pro-K7 operates in the UHF spectrum, utilising A-band (576-590 MHz) and B-band (568-582 MHz) frequencies to minimise interference. Each transmitter and the receiver are powered by two AA batteries, providing approximately six hours of continuous operation. The receiver features an LCD display with backlight for easy monitoring of channel, battery status, and audio levels, and connects to DSLR cameras, camcorders, or audio recorders via a 3.5 mm TRS output. A headphone output on the receiver allows real-time audio monitoring.
