How to use

Place the scale on a flat, hard surface and insert three AAA batteries. Switch on the device and select preferred unit (kg, lb or st) if needed. For body composition measurement, enter required personal data (height, age, gender) and step onto the scale barefoot to allow bioelectrical impedance measurement. Remain still until the measurement completes and the result appears on the display. Use the VITAL BODY PLUS app to pair the scale via Bluetooth and view or store historical measurements.

Recommendations
