The BlueOptics Q28-AOC-25M-SP-BO InfiniBand fibre optic cable 25m QSFP28 is a 25-metre active optical cable (AOC) designed for short-reach 100G connections between devices within racks or between adjacent racks. It uses QSFP28 to QSFP28 connectors with integrated electrical-to-optical and optical-to-electrical conversion, OM3 multimode fibre with a 50 µm core and LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) flame-resistant sheathing. The cable conforms to common MSA, SFF and IEEE connector specifications and is intended for high-speed data centre and networking environments.
