How to use

Drill a hole of appropriate diameter through the materials to be joined, ensuring the hole clearance matches the rivet diameter. Insert the rivet into the hole so the rivet head sits flush against the surface. Use a compatible hand or pneumatic blind rivet tool to pull the mandrel until the sleeve deforms and clamps the materials together. Continue pulling until the mandrel breaks off at its designed break point. Remove any mandrel remnants and inspect the joint for correct clamping and seal integrity.
