Blank CD-R discs VERBATIM 43792 — 700 MB, 52x, 120 mm, pack of 100 (shrink wrapped)

VERBATIM 43792 are blank CD-R discs with 700 MB storage capacity and a 120 mm diameter designed for standard CD drives and burners. Each disc supports write speeds up to 52x and the pack contains 100 shrink-wrapped discs, providing a practical solution for single-session or multisession recording of audio, data and backups. The discs are compatible with most CD writers and players that read standard compact discs.

Advantages

These VERBATIM CD-Rs combine a widely supported 700 MB capacity with a high write speed of up to 52x, enabling faster burn times for large numbers of discs. The 120 mm standard diameter ensures compatibility with consumer and professional CD drives. The pack of 100 shrink-wrapped discs offers economical storage and reduced packaging waste compared with individually boxed discs, while maintaining protection during transport and storage.

Suitable for

• Creating audio CDs for playback in standard CD players
• Archiving documents, photos and project files
• Backing up small to moderate amounts of data
• Transferring files between computers or systems
• Making multiple copies of files for distribution

Key specifications

• Disc type: CD-R (write-once optical disc)
• Storage capacity: 700 MB
• Maximum write speed: 52x
• Diameter: 120 mm (standard compact disc size)
• Quantity in pack: 100 discs (shrink wrapped)
• Intended use: data, audio, backup and file transfer

How to use

Insert a VERBATIM CD-R into a compatible CD writer, select the files or audio project to record in your recording software, and choose an appropriate write speed—using a lower speed can improve compatibility with older players, while higher speeds reduce recording time. Finalize or close sessions if you need the disc to be readable in standard CD players. Store unused discs flat in their shrink wrap until needed and avoid exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight or strong magnetic fields.

Recommendations

For best results, verify drive compatibility and use updated recording software and drivers. When creating audio CDs intended for playback in a variety of players, consider burning at a moderate speed (for example 16x–24x) and finalizing the disc to improve cross-player compatibility. Keep discs clean and handle by the edges to avoid fingerprints on the recording surface.
