The Wiha slimBit electric SB2831B950 set contains twelve 6 mm slimBits with Torx and Torx Plus tips designed for electrical work. The blades use Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY with integrated protective insulation, producing blades up to 33% slimmer than conventional insulated bits. Each insulated slimBit is individually tested to the IEC 60900 standard for safe work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC. The slimBits are supplied in two interlinked bit boxes with a belt clip for easy transport and clear visibility of screw profiles. These 6 mm slimBits are compatible only with Wiha speedE®, slimVario® or TorqueVario®-S electric tools.

How to use

Select the appropriate Torx or Torx Plus slimBit for the screw profile, insert the 6 mm slimBit into a compatible Wiha electric driver (speedE®, slimVario® or TorqueVario®-S), and engage the driver according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. The slim insulated blade allows you to reach recessed or low-lying screws safely; always ensure the bit is fully seated in the driver and the screw head before applying torque. After use, return the slimBits to the interlinked bit boxes and secure them with the belt clip for transport.

Recommendations

Use only with the specified compatible Wiha electric tools and observe all safety rules for live working. Inspect bits regularly for wear or damage and replace any damaged slimBits. Do not remove the insulation or use the bits for non-electrical prying or chiselling tasks.
