The DIGITUS® base for 483 mm (19") network cabinets is designed to meet professional IT infrastructure requirements and is manufactured according to German quality standards. The plinth increases the cabinet ground clearance by 100 mm, providing additional internal space for storing excess cable length and for improved cable routing. It is compatible with DIGITUS Unique and Dynamic Basic series cabinets and is supplied unassembled for simplified logistics.

Advantages

The base extends cabinet height to create more room for cable management and storage of slack cables, features a cable feed-through with a brush strip for tidy cable routing, and can be stacked — up to two plinths can be mounted one on top of another to reach a height of 200 mm. Delivered unassembled to reduce shipping volume.

How to use

Assemble the plinth onto the base of a compatible 483 mm (19") DIGITUS cabinet following the supplied assembly instructions. Place cable bundles through the integrated feed-through and use the brush strip to keep cables organised and protected. If additional height is required, mount a second plinth on top of the first to reach a 200 mm increase in ground clearance. Secure all fastenings before moving or loading the cabinet.
