Barbecue Grill Gastroback Design BBQ Pro

The Gastroback Design BBQ Pro is a 2000 W contact grill with a stainless steel and black finish, offering a compact rectangular form suited for kitchen or patio use. It provides both a standard contact-grill mode with a flat lower plate and a ribbed upper plate, and an unfolded large-barbecue mode to increase the total grilling area. The top plate is lockable in five height positions so you can adapt the grill to different thicknesses of food.

Advantages

The grill delivers fast heating with 2000 watts and includes a 30-minute timer with automatic shut-off and audible signal. Two cooking areas combine to approximately 1500 cm² when the device is fully unfolded, while each contact area is about 750 cm² (25 x 30 cm). Removable non-stick plates and a detachable grease catcher simplify cleaning; the plates are dishwasher-safe. Additional features include a tiltable plate for grease drainage and a low-fat contact-grilling option.

Recommendations

Before the first use, clean the removable grill plates according to the user manual. Preheat the grill for a few minutes to reach the selected temperature. Remove excess fat regularly into the detachable grease catcher and wash removable parts in the dishwasher if required. Do not immerse the main housing in water and follow all safety instructions in the product manual.
