Backpack DEUTER Trail PRO 31 SL Women's — 31 L, lightweight, durable, women's fit, black

DEUTER Trail PRO 31 SL Women's is a 31-litre hiking backpack engineered for multi-day treks with a women's-specific SL fit. The pack combines lightweight, durable materials with an ergonomic back system and shaped shoulder straps to improve load stability and carry comfort on varied terrain. Designed to provide organized storage and easy access, the Trail PRO 31 SL supports longer routes where balanced weight distribution and body-contoured fit matter most.

Advantages

The women's SL fit and shorter back length give a closer, more balanced carry for female anatomies while the robust outer fabric resists abrasion and wear on trails. Ergonomic shoulder straps, an adjustable hip belt and a stable frame transfer weight to the hips to reduce shoulder strain. Multiple compartments and pockets allow organised packing and quick access to essentials without unpacking the main compartment.

Suitable for

• Multi-day hiking and trekking trips
• Overnight hut-to-hut routes and lightweight backpacking
• Trail hiking on varied terrain with changing loads
• Outdoor travel where reliable carrying performance is required

Key specifications

• Capacity: 31 litres
• Women's SL (short length) fit for a closer torso match
• Lightweight, abrasion-resistant fabric construction
• Ergonomically shaped shoulder straps and adjustable hip belt
• Internal frame or stabilized back system for load transfer and stability
• Multiple external pockets, top lid and side access for organised storage
• Hydration system compatible (hose routing available)
• Attachment points for trekking poles and gear

How to use

Pack heavier items close to the back and centered over the hip belt for optimal balance. Use the main compartment for bulky gear, the top lid and outer pockets for items you need to access quickly, and the side pockets for water bottles or small accessories. Adjust the hip belt so most weight rests on the hips, then tighten the shoulder straps and load lifters to bring the pack close to the torso. Fine-tune sternum strap position for breathing comfort and stability.

Recommendations

For multi-day treks, check and adjust load distribution daily, secure loose straps to avoid snagging, and consider a raincover in wet conditions. Regularly inspect seams and attachment points after heavy use to maintain reliable carrying performance.
