The USB hub is the ideal accessory for ultrabooks with a small number of USB-A ports.

How to use

Plug the hub's built-in USB-A cable into a free USB-A port on your computer. Connect up to four USB-A devices—such as flash drives, external hard drives, keyboards, or mice—to the hub's ports. For charging phones or tablets, connect the device to one of the hub ports; the hub provides up to 1.5 A at 5 V. To attach USB peripherals to a phone or tablet, use an OTG-capable device or a USB-A to USB-C adapter.

Recommendations

For best performance with external drives, connect the hub directly to a host USB 3.2 Gen 1 port on your computer. Avoid overloading the hub with high-current devices simultaneously; for multiple high-power accessories consider a powered hub.
