The Gigabit network adapter expands the computer with a fast and stable network connection, adds the missing RJ-45 network connector or adds another network card. The LAN adapter is compatible with 10/100/1000 Mbit/s speed and also offers a wide range of features, such as IPv4/IPv6 checksum to reduce CPU load by checksums, the crossover detection and auto-correction, support for various modes of the Wake-on-LAN feature, the work with virtual LAN (VLAN) and advanced Power Management features. How to use

Connect the fixed USB-A cable to a free USB-A port on your computer or adapter-equipped mobile device. Attach USB peripherals to the three USB-A sockets and connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ-45 port for wired network access. On modern Windows systems the Ethernet adapter installs automatically; other systems may require driver installation according to the operating system instructions. Use appropriate OTG or USB-C to USB-A adapters when connecting to phones or tablets that lack a USB-A port.

Recommendations

For devices with micro-USB use an OTG adapter; for USB-C devices use a USB-C to USB-A adapter such as AXAGON RUCM-AFA. Verify Android device Ethernet support with the device manufacturer before use. Avoid exceeding the combined bandwidth of the USB host port when connecting multiple high-speed drives.
