How to use

Open the enclosure according to the tool-free mechanism, insert a compatible 2.5" SATA HDD or SSD into the connector, and close the enclosure to secure the drive. Connect the enclosure to a host device using a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 cable; if necessary, use an appropriate adapter to connect to older USB ports. The connected drive will be recognized by most modern operating systems and is ready for file transfer, backup, or other storage tasks. When finished, safely eject the drive using the host operating system before disconnecting the cable to avoid data loss.

Recommendations

Use a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 cable that meets quality standards and, when connecting to older USB ports, choose an adapter that supports data transfer speeds and power delivery appropriate for your drive. For long-term storage or frequent transport, use an SSD to reduce mechanical shock risk. Regularly back up important data and safely eject the drive before removal.
