We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

How to use

Connect a laptop or PC via USB-C for video, data and up to 65W charging with a single cable, or use HDMI/DisplayPort if preferred. Use the RJ45 port to provide a wired network connection to a connected device. Adjust tilt, swivel, pivot and height to obtain an ergonomic viewing angle; rotate the screen 90° for portrait mode when working with long documents or code. Access brightness, blue light filter and other settings through the on-screen display menu; plug headphones into the pass-through jack if private listening is needed.

Recommendations

For best results use a high-quality USB-C cable that supports 65W power delivery and DisplayPort Alt Mode. Ensure drivers and graphics settings on your computer support Adaptive-Sync and set refresh rate to 75 Hz where available. Place the monitor at eye level and use the Low Blue Light and Flicker-free modes during extended sessions to reduce eye fatigue.
