With its 5.5-litre capacity stainless steel cup, the planetary mixer allows you to process large quantities of ingredients with the best performance, thanks to its 2400Watt motor. You can also adjust the speed, choosing from 7 available speeds, according to the recipe you want to prepare.

How to use

Place the stand mixer on a stable, level work surface and secure the stainless steel bowl in the bowl holder. Select the appropriate attachment for the task (dough hook for kneading, beater for mixing, whisk for whipping) and add ingredients according to your recipe. Start the mixer at a low speed to combine ingredients, then increase speed as required. For heavier doughs, use pulse or lower speeds to avoid overheating the motor. After use, switch the appliance off and unplug it before removing attachments and cleaning the bowl and accessories according to the manufacturer’s care instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, allow butter and eggs to reach room temperature when a recipe calls for them, and avoid overfilling the 5.5 L bowl to maintain efficient mixing. When kneading dense doughs, monitor mixing times to prevent motor strain and let the appliance rest between long mixing cycles if preparing very large batches.
