Separate battery
The BVS240XDPDR power module is equipped with DC input/output terminals to support PLCs and HMIs, and must be equipped with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 XB005XPDR runtime batteries. This allows for up to one hour of bridging time during power failures under full load. See runtime table for more details. The Industrial DC DIN Rail UPS comes with relay contactors that enable remote management of connected equipment and monitoring of the UPS.

How to use

Install the unit on a compatible DIN rail and connect a suitable 24V DC power source to the DC input. Fit one to four compatible runtime batteries (XB005XPDR) to achieve the desired backup time and connect the DC output to your 24V devices such as PLCs or HMIs. Use the relay contacts for remote monitoring or to trigger controlled shutdown of connected equipment. Monitor the unit status with the LED indicators and operate the On/Off button as required.
