Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The AOC V4 Q24V4EA is a 23.8" 3-side frameless IPS monitor offering 2K Ultra HD resolution (2560 x 1440) on a flat LED panel. Designed for general productivity and multimedia, it provides wide 178° viewing angles, a matte surface, built-in speakers and VESA mounting compatibility. The display supports Adaptive Sync, a 75 Hz refresh rate and eye-care features such as Flicker-Free and Low Blue Light for more comfortable long-term use.

Advantages

This monitor combines QHD resolution with an IPS panel to deliver accurate colors and wide viewing angles. The 3-side frameless design maximizes visible screen area and simplifies multi-monitor setups. Adaptive Sync and a 75 Hz refresh rate reduce screen tearing and deliver smoother motion for videos and light gaming. Integrated eye-care technologies—Flicker-Free and Low Blue Light—help reduce eye strain during extended use, while built-in speakers and VESA compatibility add installation and usage flexibility.

Suitable for

How to use

Place the monitor on a stable desk or mount it using a compatible VESA arm or bracket. Connect to a computer using the available video input (refer to the device ports) and set the display resolution to 2560 x 1440 in your operating system for optimal sharpness. Enable Adaptive Sync in your graphics settings if supported. Adjust brightness and Low Blue Light settings to your preference for comfortable viewing. Use the built-in speakers for basic audio or connect external speakers for higher-quality sound.

Recommendations

Position the monitor at eye level and maintain a viewing distance of about an arm’s length. For prolonged work sessions, use the monitor's Low Blue Light mode and take regular breaks to reduce eye fatigue.

Frameless design

Besides looking modern and attractive, frameless designs enable seamless multi-monitor setups. Your cursor/windows will not be lost anymore in the dark abyss of bezels, when many displays are placed side by side.
