We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.
But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:
We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Place the monitor on a stable surface or mount it using a compatible VESA arm. Connect video to a suitable source at QHD resolution using the available inputs (check your computer's output). Attach peripherals to the USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub for easy access and adjust the stand height for an ergonomic viewing position. Use the on-screen menu to set brightness, contrast and other display parameters to match your working environment.
For sustained comfortable use, set the display height and tilt so the top of the screen is at or slightly below eye level, keep typical brightness around 120–200 cd/m² in standard office lighting, and update graphics drivers to ensure full compatibility at 2560 x 1440 resolution.
