Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

0.3ms MPRT Response Time

0.3ms MPRT Response Time

Feel the truly immersive gaming experience. Whether you're navigating through a fast-paced racing game or engaged in a high-stakes battle, every millisecond counts! The 0.3ms MPRT monitor could be your ticket to gaming excellence, with quick reaction times and smooth gameplay.

1ms Response time GTG - Grey-to-Grey

GtG stands for Grey-To-Grey and represents how long it takes for one pixel to change between one gray level to the next. In gaming, every millisecond counts and can be the differentiator between hitting or missing a shot. Fast response time also eliminates ghosting and motion blur.

Live the game at its best with HDR10

Live the game at its best with HDR10

HDR10 is here to enhance picture quality even further, improving the synchronization of your GPU or your console with the monitor. This creates a more realistic, immersive, and smooth gaming experience: You’ll feel like stepping in the game, frame by frame.

How to use

Assemble and position the monitor on a stable desk using the included ergonomic stand, adjusting height, tilt and swivel for comfortable viewing. Connect video using a compatible DisplayPort or HDMI cable from your PC or console, and connect peripherals to the USB hub if needed. Install or run G-Menu software to adjust color, refresh rate, HDR and other display settings; set the source resolution to 3440x1440 and the refresh rate to 240Hz in your system display settings for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For best gaming performance, use a DisplayPort 1.4 (or higher) cable and ensure your graphics card supports 3440x1440 at 240Hz. Enable HDR400 in both the monitor OSD and the operating system when using HDR-capable content. Allow a short break during extended sessions to reduce eye strain.
