Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Reliable, comfortable, and convenient solution for your home office
The AOC Q27B3MA is a 27” three-side frameless monitor that can fully support your daily workflow, for a reliable home office, mixing quality and comfort. Enjoy great quality image with QHD resolution, wide angles and peak 300 nits brightness. It also includes a good array of connectivity options and internal speakers

75Hz Refresh Rate

Get the upper edge! With a 75 Hz refresh rate, the display panel draws 75 frames each second. 75 Hz refresh rate is 25% faster than what is offered on most entry level displays at 60 Hz, while still being affordable and delivering those extra frames gamers need to beat their opponents.

Display Port

DisplayPort offers ultra-fast digital audio and video transmission without quality loss or input lag. Quickly and easily connect a range of devices to your screen, including your computer, laptop, media player, game console and more. It’s perfect for professionals as well as the most demanding home users.
Display Port

Frameless design

Besides looking modern and attractive, frameless designs enable seamless multi-monitor setups. Your cursor/windows will not be lost anymore in the dark abyss of bezels, when many displays are placed side by side.

Vesa Mount

AOC’s Ergo Base stands bring versatility, sturdiness and ease of use in one package. But do you still want to use your wall mount or multi-monitor setup using desk mounts? VESA mounts bring you the uppermost flexibility. Upside-down, in pivot mode, on top of each other, attach your monitor wherever you want using 3rd party mounts and stands thanks to the VESA mount option.

Kensington Lock

Kensington Lock

Kensington Lock is an anti-theft system, comprising a metal-reinforced hole in the body of the respective device, to use with a metal cable secured with a key/lock system. Kensington locks enable you to secure your AOC monitor during a LAN event, an organisation, or wherever you carry it.

How to use

Place the monitor on a stable desk surface and connect it to your computer using the appropriate cable for the available input port. Adjust the screen position and viewing angle to reduce glare and obtain a comfortable ergonomic setup. Use the monitor on-screen display (OSD) controls to configure resolution, brightness and audio levels according to your workspace lighting and personal preferences.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use QHD-capable video output from your computer and adjust display settings to match your operating system’s scaling. If higher audio quality is required, consider external speakers or headphones despite the built-in speakers.
