Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Elevate your adventure with 23.8-inch Display, 180Hz, 1ms GtG, HDR 10, and Adaptive Sync Technology
"Unleash the power of the G4 series with the 24G4XE – a weapon that both casuals and home gamers would equip. Brace yourself for an eSports upgrade like never before, featuring a compact 23.8-inch display and a high IPS panel which will take a center stage. It delivers outstanding performance in color reproduction and contrast ratio that elevates your adventure level and offers top-tier gaming setup with superior solution for all-round gamers. With up to 1ms GtG response time and an inspiring 180 Hz refresh rate, a truly optimal gaming experience will wait for you with low input lag."
1ms Response time GTG - Grey-to-Grey

1ms Response time GTG - Grey-to-Grey

GtG stands for Grey-To-Grey and represents how long it takes for one pixel to change between one gray level to the next. In gaming, every millisecond counts and can be the differentiator between hitting or missing a shot. Fast response time also eliminates ghosting and motion blur.

IPS Panel

IPS panel ensures an excellent viewing experience with lifelike yet brilliant and accurate colours. Colours look consistent no matter from which angle you look at the display

FHD Resolution

Want to watch a Blu-ray movie in full quality, enjoy games in high resolution or read crisp text in office applications? Thanks to its Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, this monitor lets you do just that. Whatever you are viewing, with Full HD it will be displayed in rich detail without requiring a high-end graphics card or consuming a lot of your system’s resources.

WIDE COLOR GAMUT

When you are enjoying photos, videos or games, we want your screen content to look as lifelike as possible. That is why this display comes with Wide Colour Gamut technology, which means that it is able to display a lot more colours than conventional monitors. This is achieved through a special hardware solution, not through mere software adjustments. The result: true-to-life images with fine details that become visible thanks to the broader colour palette.

Speakers

Speakers

Built-in speakers make it easy to catch up with family, friends and colleagues. For movies, music, games and more, you’ll enjoy quality audio without the hassle of connecting external speakers.

Height adjustable Stand

Raise or lower the screen to suit each individual’s height and seating preferences. The easy-to-adjust stand ensures hours of comfort.

How to use

Connect the monitor to your PC or console using a compatible video cable. Enable Adaptive Sync in your graphics card settings if available and set the display refresh rate to 180 Hz in the operating system or graphics driver for optimal performance. Adjust brightness, contrast and color settings on the monitor to match your environment and preferences.

Recommendations

For competitive gaming, pair the 24G4XE with a graphics card that supports high frame rates and Adaptive Sync to fully benefit from the 180 Hz refresh rate and 1 ms response time. Use calibrated settings or a color profile if accurate color reproduction is required for content work.

10/10

“Just to be clear, the 24G4XE is the less-mobile, but theoretically cheaper version of the 24G4X, an already cheap and frankly excellent gaming monitor. It's the same panel in both, so if I miss anything here you can find it in my review of the X…”
