Antenna Schwaiger ANT02DTA 031 Mono Black DVB-T

The Schwaiger ANT02DTA 031 Mono Black DVB-T is a compact indoor television antenna designed to receive digital terrestrial broadcasts in DVB-T format. Its mono configuration and black finish allow discreet placement near a TV set or on a media unit while helping to improve reception of terrestrial channels. The antenna is intended for use in areas with available DVB-T signals where a simple, space-saving solution is required to obtain clearer picture and sound.

Advantages

The antenna offers a low-profile design and easy installation without the need for external mounting. Its mono reception element is optimized for standard DVB-T signals and the black housing blends with modern home entertainment equipment. The unit is lightweight and suitable for positioning on shelves or attached to a nearby wall or window frame to find a best possible reception point.

Key specifications

• Reception standard: DVB-T (digital terrestrial)
• Configuration: mono antenna
• Colour: black
• Intended use: indoor
• Mounting options: shelf placement, wall or window attachment
• Connection: coaxial cable interface compatible with standard TV tuner inputs

How to use

Place the antenna in an elevated position near the television or close to a window to minimize obstacles between the antenna and broadcast towers. Connect the antenna to the TV’s aerial/coax input using a compatible coaxial cable. Use the TV’s channel scan or auto-tune function to search and store available DVB-T channels. If reception is weak, reposition the antenna and repeat the scan until the best signal is achieved.

Recommendations

For optimal reception, avoid placing the antenna behind large metal objects or inside enclosed metal cabinets. When possible, position the antenna higher and closer to an external-facing window. In areas with marginal signal strength consider using an amplified antenna or an external rooftop antenna for improved results.
