The Gigaset COMFORT 500A duo is an analog/DECT cordless telephone set with two handsets, a 5.59 cm (2.2") high-contrast colour display and a phonebook for up to 200 contacts. How to use

Place the base station near your router or a phone socket and charge both handsets fully before first use. Register the handsets to the base according to the quick-start guide. Use the menu on the colour display for phonebook entry, call protection settings (blacklist, anonymous call block, time control) and VIP assignments. Configure the answering machine settings—record a personal greeting and set maximum recording length—then access messages from any handset or the base. For IP DECT use, connect the base to your LAN and enter the provider details as required; for analogue operation simply connect to the line.
