The Blink B0DHLT8T9L Outdoor Wall Black Cube is a wireless IP security camera designed for outdoor wall mounting. It delivers 1080p HD live view, a 143° field of view and 30 fps video to help monitor yards, driveways and entrances. The camera is battery powered (two AA batteries included) and supports local storage with the Sync Module 2 and USB flash drive or cloud storage via an optional Blink Subscription Plan. Note: this add-on camera does not include the Blink Sync Module required for local storage; Blink Outdoor 4 systems include a Sync Module.

How to use

Sign in to or create a Blink account in the Blink app. If using local storage, plug in the Sync Module 2 and connect it to your Wi‑Fi network, then insert a USB flash drive (sold separately). Insert the included AA batteries into the camera, add the camera to the Blink app, and follow the in‑app setup instructions. Position and mount the camera using the supplied mounting kit; the wire‑free design allows flexible placement. Use the app to view live video, receive motion alerts, and communicate using two‑way audio.

Recommendations

Place the camera at a height and angle that covers the intended area with minimal obstructions, and create custom activity zones to reduce false alerts. For continuous local recording, pair the camera with a Sync Module 2 and a compatible USB drive. Note that Outdoor 4 is not compatible with accessories designed for Outdoor 3rd Gen (for example, Floodlight Mount or Solar Panel Charging Mount).
