Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Lenovo ThinkCentre neo 50a 24 Gen 5 All-in-One PC combines a 23.8" Full HD IPS display with up to 13th Gen Intel® Core™ U-Series or Intel® Core™ i7 processors and Intel® UHD Graphics to deliver responsive everyday performance. Configurations include DDR5 memory up to 32 GB and SSD storage up to 1 TB, and the device runs Windows 11 Pro. The adjustable monitor stand (tilt -5° to +15°), integrated camera options, dual 3W HARMAN stereo speakers and dual-microphone array make it suitable for office tasks, virtual meetings and multimedia use.

Advantages

Fast multitasking enabled by Intel Core processors and DDR5 memory provides smooth application performance and quick context switching. Intel UHD Graphics supports photo and video work as well as casual multimedia. Integrated audio (dual 3W HARMAN speakers) and a dual-microphone array improve meeting and conferencing quality, while an optional 5MP IR camera with a physical camera latch offers improved video clarity and privacy. The compact all-in-one design with a tilt-adjustable stand saves desk space and provides ergonomic viewing.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and multitasking (documents, spreadsheets, email)
  • Video conferencing and remote collaboration
  • Photo and video editing at consumer/prosumer level
  • Web browsing, streaming and general multimedia

Key specifications

  • Display: 23.8" Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS
  • Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-13420H (configurable with Intel U-Series or up to 13th Gen Core i7)
  • Graphics: Intel® UHD Graphics
  • Memory: 16 GB DDR5 (expandable up to 32 GB)
  • Storage: 256 GB SSD (configurable up to 1 TB SSD)
  • Operating system: Windows 11 Pro
  • Audio & camera: Dual 3W HARMAN speakers, dual-microphone array, optional 5MP IR camera with camera latch
  • Color: Grey

How to use

Set up the ThinkCentre neo 50a by placing it on a stable desk surface and adjusting the monitor tilt to a comfortable angle (-5° to +15°). Connect power and any required peripherals such as keyboard, mouse or external storage. Use Windows 11 Pro to install updates and preferred applications. For video calls, enable the built-in camera and microphone in your conferencing application; close the camera latch when not in use for added privacy. Manage files on the SSD and expand memory or storage if your configuration requires higher performance.

Recommendations

For best performance in multitasking and creative applications, keep the system firmware and drivers up to date, use the included Windows update tools, and consider upgrading to 32 GB DDR5 and a larger SSD if you routinely work with large files or many simultaneous applications.
