How to use

Install the OTTO SC12 onto the heatsink or radiator following the manufacturer’s mounting pattern and ensure correct airflow orientation for intake or exhaust. Connect the 4-pin PWM cable to a compatible motherboard header or fan controller to enable speed regulation. Use the provided rubber mounting pins to reduce vibration transfer to the case. For cleaning, detach the removable frame to access the blades without removing the entire unit from the radiator or fan housing.

Recommendations

For radiator and heatsink applications, position the OTTO SC12 to achieve direct, concentrated airflow through cooling fins. Enable PWM control to balance noise and performance according to workload; set higher RPM under sustained heavy loads and lower RPM for quiet idle operation.
