Activated Carbon Filter Respekta MIZ 0023 N, 2 pieces

Activated Carbon Filter Respekta MIZ 0023 N, 2 pieces are replacement adsorption filters intended for compatible Respekta ventilation and cooker hood units. Each filter contains activated carbon media that captures and holds common kitchen odors and volatile organic compounds from recirculated air. The set of two provides a straightforward option for maintaining basic odor control and helping to preserve fresh indoor air in kitchens where the appliance is configured for recirculation mode.

Advantages

The filters use activated carbon to adsorb smells and airborne contaminants without altering airflow characteristics significantly when properly installed. They come as a matched pair to fit models designed for two-module filtration, enabling easy one-to-one replacement. Installation is simple and follows the appliance manufacturer’s instructions, allowing users to restore odor reduction capability quickly. Using replacement activated carbon filters supports hygienic kitchen conditions by reducing persistent cooking smells and light gaseous pollutants.

Suitable for

• Respekta recirculation cooker hoods and ventilation units that accept these style of carbon inserts
• Homes and apartments where external venting is not available or preferred
• Periodic replacement to maintain effective odor control in kitchens

Key specifications

• Filter type: activated carbon adsorption insert
• Quantity: two replacement filters per set
• Function: odor and volatile compound adsorption from recirculated air
• Compatibility: designed for use with compatible Respekta recirculation ventilation or cooker hood units that require this filter style
• Installation: user-replaceable according to appliance instructions

How to use

Turn off and, if applicable, disconnect the appliance from power before accessing the filter compartment. Remove the used filters following the hood or ventilation unit manufacturer’s guidance, and insert the replacement carbon filters in the same orientation as the originals. Ensure the filters are seated securely and close the compartment. Resume normal operation and verify airflow and noise levels are unchanged. Replace both filters as a set to maintain balanced performance and follow the appliance manual for recommended replacement intervals.

Recommendations

Replace the activated carbon filters at regular intervals according to cooking frequency and manufacturer guidance; heavy frying or strong-smelling foods may require more frequent replacement. Do not attempt to clean or wash the carbon media — replace filters when adsorption capacity is reduced. Store unused filters in a dry, sealed place until installation.
