How to use

Connect the UPS to mains power and allow the internal battery to charge before first use. Plug critical equipment into the three battery-backed earthed sockets to ensure power continuity during an outage; non-critical devices can be connected to the three surge-only sockets. During a power failure the UPS will switch to battery and the AVR will maintain stable output voltage. Monitor the status LEDs and listen for audible alerts to know when mains power is lost or the battery is low. When battery runtime is depleted, perform a controlled shutdown of connected devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, place the UPS in a ventilated, dust-free area, avoid covering ventilation openings, and periodically test the battery by simulating a power failure.
