3M VHB High Performance Bonding Tape 4910F, 19 mm x 11 m, Double-Sided Acrylic Foam, Transparent, 1 Roll 4910F/IPS

Double-sided acrylic foam tape with very high bonding strength, engineered for demanding indoor and outdoor applications. The 1.0 mm thick viscoelastic foam core distributes stress, damps vibration, and seals against moisture, while the transparent adhesive bonds reliably to metals, glass, and many plastics.

Advantages

Pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive provides immediate handling strength and excellent long-term durability. The tape resists UV, moisture, and solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 90°C continuously and 150°C short-term. Its viscoelastic properties allow it to compensate for thermal expansion differences between dissimilar materials.

Recommendations

For best results, apply to clean, dry surfaces at temperatures between 15°C and 38°C. Allow 24 hours for full bond strength.
