We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.
But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:
We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Place the monitor on a stable desk surface or compatible stand and connect it to a power source. Use the HDMI inputs to connect a primary PC and a secondary device such as a gaming console; select the active input via the monitor's input selection controls. Adjust the display settings in your operating system or graphics driver to set the native 3440×1440 resolution and enable the 180 Hz refresh rate where supported. Use on-screen display controls to modify brightness, contrast, and colour settings to suit your viewing environment.
For optimal image quality and motion performance, ensure your graphics card or connected device supports 3440×1440 resolution at 180 Hz over HDMI. Position the curved screen so the centre is roughly at eye level to reduce neck strain during extended use. Regularly update your device drivers and use appropriate cable lengths and certified HDMI cables to maintain signal integrity.
