27 inch Acer CB2 CB272 P6 IPS Full HD 1920x1080 144Hz 1 ms LCD monitor, Black, VESA

The 27" Acer CB2 CB272 P6 is a 27-inch IPS LCD monitor with Full HD 1920×1080 resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio and a high 144 Hz refresh rate. With a 1 ms response time, 250 cd/m² typical brightness and 1500:1 typical contrast ratio, the monitor delivers smooth motion and clear images for gaming, office work and multimedia. The panel offers wide 178° viewing angles, a flat screen shape and comes in black with VESA mounting support.

Advantages

The IPS panel provides consistent color and wide viewing angles so the image remains accurate when viewed from the side. A 144 Hz refresh rate combined with a 1 ms response time reduces motion blur and ghosting for fast-paced content. Built-in eye-care technologies—such as reduced blue light and flicker-free operation—help minimise eye strain during extended use. The monitor’s VESA compatibility and adjustable stand options make it straightforward to install and position ergonomically.

Suitable for

• Competitive and casual PC gaming that benefits from high refresh rates
• Office productivity, spreadsheets and general business applications
• Watching movies and streaming video with consistent color performance
• Multitasking on a single 27" display where clarity and responsiveness matter

When it may not be suitable

This monitor has Full HD (1920×1080) resolution on a 27" panel, which provides lower pixel density compared with higher-resolution displays; users who need very sharp text or detailed image editing at close distances may prefer a higher-resolution screen. It does not include built-in speakers or a USB hub, so additional peripherals will require separate peripherals or adapters.

How to use

Connect the monitor to your PC using HDMI, DisplayPort or VGA depending on your source device and required refresh rate. Adjust the on-screen display settings to set preferred brightness, contrast and color modes. Use the monitor’s stand adjustments or a VESA mount to position the screen at a comfortable height and angle. Enable the higher refresh rate in your operating system or graphics card settings to take full advantage of 144 Hz and activate any available adaptive sync option on your GPU for tear-free playback.

What to consider before purchase

• If you prioritise pixel density for close-up work, consider whether Full HD on 27" meets your needs
• Check that your graphics card and cables support 144 Hz at the chosen connection
• Plan for external audio or USB peripherals because the monitor lacks built-in speakers and a USB hub
• Confirm VESA compatibility if you intend to use a wall or arm mount

Recommendations

For gaming, set the monitor to 144 Hz in your GPU control panel and enable adaptive sync for the smoothest experience. For office use, reduce brightness and enable blue-light reduction modes to lower eye fatigue during long sessions.
