Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Upgrade your laptop with this 14.0-inch WUXGA display panel from 2-Power, delivering a crisp 1920x1200 resolution in a 16:10 aspect ratio. The IPS technology ensures consistent colors and wide 178° viewing angles, while the 400-nit brightness and anti-glare coating make it suitable for bright indoor environments. With 100% sRGB coverage, it's ideal for photo editing, design, and everyday productivity.

Highlights

  • 14.0-inch IPS panel with WUXGA (1920x1200) resolution
  • 400 nits brightness and anti-glare surface for comfortable viewing
  • 100% sRGB color gamut for accurate color reproduction
  • Wide 178° viewing angles and 1000:1 contrast ratio
  • LED backlight for energy efficiency and long life
  • eDP connector for modern laptop compatibility

In daily use

This panel replaces a faulty or cracked laptop screen, restoring clarity and color. The 16:10 aspect ratio provides extra vertical space for documents and web pages, while the anti-glare finish reduces reflections. The 400-nit brightness ensures visibility even near windows or in brightly lit rooms. Response time of 30ms is typical for IPS panels and fine for office work and media consumption.
